ASSISTED LIVING SERVICES
Some of our centers offer assisted living services which will help you or your loved one manage day-to-day activities in a comfortable environment. Offering the individual the aid he or she needs while remaining independent. Assisted Living will help with light housekeeping, grooming, and social activities. In addition, to provide medical transportation and escorts to appointments. Personal assistance programs can be customized that’ll suit everyone’s needs. The cost of room and board is based on the size of the apartment chosen. One or two bedroom apartments are available with one or two baths. In addition, storage units are available upon request.
Residents receive three professionally cooked chef-prepared meals each day, carefully prepared by a culinary team. If requested, a provide consultation with a dietician is available. We also provide special diets as needed. Our Center’s mission is to provide daily comfort and care.
SHORT-TERM REHABILITATION SERVICES
Our Centers short-term care programs include occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy. Our centers programs are customized to each individual needs. Also offered is three meals a day with snacks and dining assistance. Dietitian consulting is also available.
Our Centers offer individualized respite care for those with special needs. Those with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, or individuals needing help with dressing, bathing and toileting will receive care 24 hours a day.
Our Centers maintain programs that are designed for at home, live-in care. Private duty nursing is a sensible alternative to hospital care.
